Our Procedure

• Pride Tutorial goes through a rigorous selection procedure to provide the best & most suitable tutor keeping the customer's requirement in mind.
• Selected Tutor will provide a complementary trial class. Student/ Parents/Guardians have to call the bureau & confirm about the tutor.
• If you are not satisfied with the provided tutor, we will arrange another tutor for you.

Payment rules

• Only the Bureau is authorized to finalize the tuition fee with the parents.
• Our executive will collect the fees from you in advance within a week.
• Advance fee charged is 100% safe with the agency. If in case classes are not completed by our tutor , we will compensate the remaining fees.
• Our services are totally free for the students or parents looking for tutor. You only need to pay the decided monthly tuition fees.

Disclaimer

• Parents are advised to take ID proof of tutor before entering the home for demo class as we do not do any background check on tutors. Pride Tutorials will not be responsible for any mishappening.
• Pride Tutorials is a home tutors bureau which helps you to find a suitable tutor but is not responsible for the services provided by tutors.
• Pride Tutorials is not responsible for any dispute, claims, losses, injuries, or damages that might arise during or sessions.
• We do not promise to secure the same tutor for you as the tutors are freelancers, but we can arrange a suitable replacement.
• Pride Tutorials does not guarantee the results as we believe that both parties must contribute 100% for result improvement. We will not be held responsible for poor academic results.
• We do not advise any class in the absence of parents/ guardians. We also advise you to talk to your ward regularly & take feedback on tutors services and conduct of the tutors.
• Parents/ guardians can ask for replacement at the completion of month if you are not satisfied with the progress of your ward.
